Bela Homes is led by Stephen Mezes Licensed Designer and a designer with over 30 years across planning, quantity surveying, building and construction. The practice is deliberately small so that the person you brief is the person who draws your plans and lodges them with council.
Every project runs through Revit, giving clients accurate 3D models, energy compliance, and construction documentation from one coordinated source.
